1. Overview of Services
Prelovd provides consignment services for clients seeking to sell items on resale platforms. Our services include assessing items, listing them for sale, managing the sale process, and handling the associated logistics.
2. Guarantee Disclaimer
• Eligibility and Discretion: Prelovd offers a performance-based guarantee that clients may qualify to earn $x in total revenue or receive $x in compensation. However, Prelovd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant, modify, or remove this guarantee at any time, for any reason. • Terms of Guarantee: Eligibility for the guarantee is subject to review. Prelovd retains the final authority in determining eligibility and whether guarantee criteria have been met.
3. Consignment Agreement
• Item Eligibility: Items submitted for consignment must meet Prelovd’s quality and resale standards, including a minimum estimated resale value. • Pricing and Sales Decisions: Prelovd reserves the right to set prices, determine listing formats, and choose sales platforms for consigned items. • Consignment Period: Items are consigned for a specified period, during which Prelovd will endeavor to sell the items. Unsold items may be returned to the client, or clients may have the option to extend the consignment period.
4. Costs and Fees
• Service Fees: Prelovd will deduct a service fee from the proceeds of each sale, which will be detailed in your client agreement. • Additional Costs: Any costs associated with the consignment process, including shipping, insurance, storage, and item preparation, may be deducted from your proceeds unless otherwise specified. • Unclaimed Items: If items remain unsold and unclaimed for more than 30 days after the consignment period ends, Prelovd reserves the right to donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the items without further notice or compensation to the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate descriptions and information for all items submitted for consignment. • Ownership: By submitting items for consignment, you warrant that you are the lawful owner of the items and have the right to sell them. • Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their items comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Payment and Payouts
• Revenue Payouts: Prelovd will pay out clients based on net revenue earned from sales after deducting all applicable fees and costs. • Payout Schedule: Payments are made on a net-30 basis following the end of the month in which the items were sold, subject to the terms of your client agreement.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
• No Guarantee of Sale: Prelovd makes no guarantees regarding the sale of any consigned items. Prelovd is not responsible for market demand fluctuations or any unsold items. • Limit of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prelovd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the consignment process or use of our services.
8. Amendments and Updates
• Prelovd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By consigning items with Prelovd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
